Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Golden Digital, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for consultation sessions and online courses.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times
• Rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before the session will be treated as cancellations

4. Online Course Refunds

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• After 7 days: No refund for online courses
• Free courses are not eligible for refunds

5. Session Cancelled by Us

If we cancel a scheduled session due to any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund (100%) within 5-7 business days, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

• Include your booking ID and reason for cancellation

7. Non-Refundable Cases

• Sessions completed successfully
• Technical issues on the user's end (poor internet, device problems)
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Change of mind after course content has been accessed
