3. User Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for the services you book or enroll in
• Provide valid payment information
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Consultation Bookings

When you book a consultation session:

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability
• You will receive confirmation via email
• Please join sessions on time; sessions will not be extended for late arrivals
• Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to a refund

6. Course Enrollment

Once enrolled in a course:

• You receive lifetime access to course content (subject to platform availability)
• Content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, redistribute, or resell course materials

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Record sessions without prior written consent

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Golden Digital, including text, images, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Golden Digital or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
